Taraji Africa Safaris Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between Redream Safaris (“we,” “us,” “our”) and our valued clients (“you,” “your”) in relation to the booking and participation in safaris, treks, cultural tours, and other travel services. By confirming a booking with Redream Safaris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation.
  • Full names, passport details, and travel information must be provided at the time of booking.
  • All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payments

  • A deposit of [30%] of the total safari cost is required to secure a booking.
  • The balance must be paid no later than [60 days] before departure.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • All bank and transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective upon receipt.
  • Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise agreed):
  • More than 60 days before departure: deposit only.
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total safari cost.
  • No refunds will be made for missed services, unused meals, or early departures.

4. Changes to Itineraries

  • Taraji Africa Safaris reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transportation in the interest of client safety, comfort, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, park regulations, airline changes).
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, evacuation, and baggage is strongly recommended.
  • Taraji Africa Safaris is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for safari travel.
  • Vaccinations, visas, and other travel documents are the responsibility of the client.
  • Taraji Africa Safaris is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss that may occur during the trip.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safe and enjoyable travel, participation is at your own risk.
  • Taraji Africa Safaris is not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from:
  • Acts of nature (e.g., weather, wildlife, natural disasters).
  • Third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines).
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, flight delays, political unrest).

8. Client Responsibility

Clients must follow the instructions of guides and respect local laws, cultures, and wildlife regulations.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
